What began as a pursuit for answers for my personal journey to understand nutrition and weight loss during perimenopause became a passion that I want share with other women.
We are told that to eat less calories and exercise more and we are told our lab values are normal but feel tired, unmotivated and whatever we do does not move the needle.
Eight years ago I found the FWTFL program and became a coach 5 years ago. As a registered dietitian, I can say it is one of the best programs out there that builds foundational habits.
